Send help please

As of recently ive cutted off some friendships with people like COMIC and a few others, one of them is ACTUALLY making accounts just to bother me, its been a week and im starting to get paranoid of any new watchers here...this is too much, this isnt cool and i have no idea what to do, this guy is on the 4th account (Wingsofirewarriorcat then Wolfy-The-Dragon then Jax-Koopa and now Sampled-Being) im not asking for yall to do anything to him but im asking to help me to find a way to make him STOP contacting me, i want to leave out of this drama...i have no idea if DA can help with this kind of stuff
